With a proven track record spanning roles at Americo Life, Lincoln Financial Group, AXA Equitable, and Legal & General America, Jackie has consistently driven operational efficiency and spearheaded innovation in traditional insurance spaces.
In recent years, Jackie has made her mark in the insurtech sector, serving as Chief Insurance Officer for high-growth startups Bestow and Modern Life. Her achievements include launching an insurance company from the ground up and architecting a cloud-native, direct-to-consumer platform and SaaS administrative system while transforming agency operations for sustainable growth.
Jackie holds a master's in finance and a bachelor's in humanities from Southern Methodist University.
After several years as a real estate paralegal at Lyle Legal Services in Hartford, Connecticut, Mr. Cooper was acquired by CATIC, a subsidiary of CATIC Financial, Inc., which is recognized as the largest domestic and the only bar-related title insurance underwriter. As a senior operations analyst, Mr. Cooper is responsible for accessing opportunities for the company and its affiliated entities to improve and revamp both processes and workflow. He also serves as a chief liaison between business and information technology concerning various types of projects.
Additionally, Mr. Cooper received 20+ licenses and certifications over the past decade, including numerous credentials from Microsoft, Laserfiche, appointment as a notary public in the state of Connecticut, certification in Continuous Improvement/ LEAN from CONNSTEP, and certification in applied data science from MIT.
In light of his career accomplishments, Mr. Cooper received numerous accolades, including two awards from Laserfiche: Most significant Process Improvement (2016) and Innovation, Creativity and Inspiration Regional Choice-North America (2020) and was an Empower Guest Speaker honoree from the Laserfiche in 2016.
